Wineries - Ryan Patrick Vineyards

Ryan Patrick Vineyards

Ryan Patrick Vineyards planted vines of Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc in 1996 on the Babcock Bench above the Columbia River. Our Estate now totals 58 vineyard acres in three locations, each with ideal soil for growing the traditional varietals listed above, as well as such varieties as Malbec, Nebbiolo and Barbera. Low yields in the vineyard, as well as prime locations for heat and sunlight, produce concentrated fruit for the winemaker to develop into premium wine. Ryan Patrick Vineyards produces an Estate Chardonnay, a white Bordeaux blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon which we call Vin d'ete, French for summer wine, and two traditional Bordeaux-stlye red blends of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Our first vintage was in 1999.
