on the Columbia River below, the angle of the southern slope, and protection from the North wind.
Late every afternoon cooling breezes blow down from the 6,000' foothills to the west. The winery, founded in 1986, is nestled in its home Mariposa Vineyard and bottles estate Roussanne, Syrah, Pinot Noir, and a meritage type red wine. We also bottle vineyard select wines from other well established Washington State vineyards. As a family winery we are happy to welcome visitors to share this beautiful site.
